Marlo Holiday House Rental : Things To See
Marlo is a small holiday fishing village located less than 400 km east of Melbourne. In the mid 1800s Marlo was an important port used by paddle steamers, ketches and schooners to access the lower reaches of the Snowy River. Marlo is such a tranquil and picturesque place that it has inspired many a writer, like John Stanley James, E. J. Brady and Nathan Spielvogel to write about its peaceful beauty. The town boasts superb fishing and pleasant walks.
Marlo is the gateway to Victoria's Wilderness Coast. From here you can explore the Snowy River & Mountains, Erinunderra Plateau, Cabbage Tree Palms (a unique last bastion of centuries gone by), 90mile beach, fabulous water ways, Snowy & Brodribb Rivers and the Lakes region.
All water sports (yachting, wind surfing, canoeing, rafting, skiing etc) and safe swimming can be enjoyed in Marlo. A good jetty, Fishing Club, Yachting Club, Water Rescue Unit make it the ideal fishing holiday destination or summer family holiday spot. |

Two master bedrooms. One upstairs with ocean views . The other master bedroom is downstairs and with both a Queen and a single bed. Two other bedrooms, one with a double bunk bed and a single bed. The other with two single beds. We provide all pillows, blankets and linen. All bedrooms have cupboard space.
Two bathrooms. One downstairs with shower. The main one is upstairs with new spa bath and separate shower. Two toilets, one downstairs the other upstairs.

Melbourne Cup Weekend $900 for 4 nights
Extra nights are $200
Non Peak Periods is $700 per week (7 days - 7 nights)
3 day weekend $500
Extra days are $120
Time in is usually 2pm onwards.
Time out is appreciated by 10 am.
We require a 20% deposit on firm bookings plus arrangements for future payment

with both estuary and ocean fishing .
It also provides the added advantage of being able to
produce some amazing beach surf fishing.
Species include Black Bream, Estuary Peach,
Aust Bass, Luderick, Aust Salmon, Trevaly,
Dusky Fathead, Sand Flathead,
Yellow Eyed Mullet, Grass Whiting ,
