Returns and Exchanges

You can purchase from us with complete confidence. We provide you with normal manufacturer's warranty on ALL items we sell. If you wish to return or exchange any item you have purchased this can be done by returning the item within fourteen (14) days of you receiving it. In the first instance you should contact Toywebb either by email or phone. The item should be in original condition with all packaging intact. You should also return your original purchase receipt. If the goods are faulty, Toywebb  will pay the return freight cost, but if you wish to return a product for any other reason, you will be liable for the return freight costs and the original delivery charges cannot be refunded.

Exchanges can be arranged where the recipient already has the item but you will be liable for the return delivery costs and shipping charges for the replacement item(s).
